Will the replies sound generic?

No. We onboard your tone, services, common situations, and sign off, then draft against the actual content of each review. A customer who mentions your Saturday hours gets a reply about your Saturday hours. If a reply ever misses, tell us and we adjust the voice profile for everything going forward.

What happens if a review is negative?

Anything at or below your star threshold, two stars by default, is escalated. It never auto publishes. A human on our team drafts a careful response, you get an email alert, and it only posts after review. You can set the threshold higher or lower per location.

Do I have to approve every reply?

Only if you want to. Most clients run auto publish for four and five star reviews and approval required for everything else. You can switch modes at any time, or hand approval rights to a manager.

Is my Google Business Profile safe to connect?

Yes. The connection uses Google's official OAuth flow with the business management scope. Tokens are stored server side and never exposed to the browser. We only post replies to reviews. You can revoke access from your Google account at any moment and nothing else about your profile is touched.

What if I have multiple locations?

Each location connects separately and carries its own brand voice, approval mode, escalation threshold, and reporting. Billing is a flat $100 per month per Google Business Profile, so you only pay for the locations you run.

Can I see what you posted?

Every review, draft, edit, and published reply is stored permanently with a timestamp and who published it. Nothing is deleted, only status changed. Your dashboard shows the full history whenever you want to look.

How fast do replies go out?

New reviews are picked up on a recurring sync and drafted right away. Auto published replies typically post within a few hours. Escalated reviews go to a human the same business day.

What if I want to cancel?

Month to month, cancel any time from your billing page. We disconnect cleanly and your review history stays exportable for thirty days.
