We ordered two chicken wraps for a late dinner, we didn't enjoy, we ordered a chilli sauce type wrap and it definitely had no chilli sauce in it, and had no taste to it, and we waited for over an hour for our delivery

Terrible service!!! At reception, there's a curly-haired kid who doesn't care at all if you have a question or need information! He's constantly on the phone, making romantic conversations, and doesn't even look up to answer the customer, completely ignoring their presence.
